Sir David Arculus
Sir David is Chairman of Numis Corporation plc. David has served as Chairman of O2 Plc, Severn Trent Plc, IPC Media Ltd and Earls Court and Olympia Ltd and as Group Managing Director of EMAP Plc. David is also a former Director of Barclays Bank Plc. Currently he is a non executive Director of Telefonica, and of Pearson and chairs a number of private equity backed companies. He has advised the last two governments on regulatory issues.

Bob Savage
Bob is CEO of Track.com. Prior to joining Track.com Bob was at Goldman Sachs for 23 years as Managing Director of Foreign Exchange Macro Sales where he published widely-read and insightful research focused on the FX markets and the macroeconomic environment. Bob was also head of New York Foreign Exchange trading for Lehman Brothers and as a Director of Proprietary Trading at Bank of America Securities. Bob earned a BA in Political Philosophy from Yale University.

Ian McCormick
Ian has over 20 years of experience in the securities industry in London and New York covering leading mutual funds and hedge funds. In 1998 Ian moved to Goldman Sachs where he founded and ran the Absolute Return Group which covered the world's leading hedge funds for derivatives, cash equities, capital markets, and risk arbitrage and private transactions. He went on to become a Partner at Goldman and Head of European Equity distribution working extensively on capital market transactions. In 2007 Ian was appointed co-CEO of Marble Bar a $6 billion equity hedge fund. He is now retired but is still an active market participant and trader.

Rolf Sachs
Rolf has over 20 years of investment experience as an advisor to the Sachs family office. Rolf was an early investor in the private equity and hedge fund space where he focused on analysing and investing with the worlds best managers. Rolf is also actively involved in the European art and design scene. He studied mathematics at the London School of Economics before graduating at Menlo Business School where he received a BsBa in Investment Theory and Finance.

Harpal Randhawa
Harpal has founded several companies including Global Emerging Markets and Antfactory which later merged with Seymour Pierce Group. Harpal was also a founding partner of Sabre Capital Worldwide which makes influential investments in financial services businesses in growth economies. Harpal is a Senior Advisor to Safanad a substantial group of family offices. Harpal qualified as an accountant with Touche Ross & Co and was a Senior Director of American Express Bank. Harpal has an MBA from The City University Business School.

Dinesh Dhamija
Dinesh is Founder and Chairman of Copper Beech, investing in the real-estate, education and tourism market. Dinesh initially started his career working for IBM and then in 1983 founded Flightbookers. In 1999 the internet arm Ebookers was spun out and listed on Nasdaq, the Neuer Markt, and then the London Stock Exchange. Dinesh has a Law degree from Cambridge University and Graduated from the Presidents program at the Harvard Business School.

Jay Newmark
Jay Newmark is the CEO of ASK THE CIRCLE, a large, global family office platform, where he has a primary focus on the topics of Philanthropy and Impact Investing. He previously spent eleven years in the Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs in New York and London. Jay has had a keen interest in philanthropy and various types of socially-motivated investing styles for many years. He sits on the advisory board for several social impact funds, most notably Bamboo Finance and Blue Orchard's Private Equity Fund. Jay is a CFA charterholder and a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research. He earned his BA degree from Hamilton College, where he majored in Economics and graduated magna cum laude.
