Yogesh Dewan - Founding Partner
Yogesh (Yogi) is the CEO and Founding Partner of Hassium Asset Management LLP. Yogi has fifteen years of professional investment management experience. Prior to founding Hassium Yogi spent ten years as an Executive Director in the Private Wealth Management division at Goldman Sachs in London. At Goldman Yogi was responsible for building a Pan European business covering over 40 wealthy private families with discretionary assets of approx. $1.5 billion. Yogi's experience spans all asset classes across all markets including strategic asset allocation and risk management. Yogi is also a regular contributor to CNBC, Bloomberg TV, Financial Times, WSJ and more recently the BBC. Yogi has an MBA from the London Business School.
Charles Macfarlane
Charlie is a Partner and Head of Business Development at Hassium Asset Management LLP. Charlie spent 14 years as an army officer before joining Fleming Private Asset Management where he spent 10 years as Head of Business Development. In 2001 Charlie became a Director and shareholder of Tru-Est, a media company focusing on the information needs of wealthy families and those that advise them. In 2007 Charlie joined Cheviot Asset Management as a Partner. Charlie is a Trustee and member of the Investment Committee for St Bartholomew's Hospital Medical College Trust and a Trustee for several other well known charities.
Simon Black
Simon is a Junior Partner at Hassium Asset Management LLP. Simon joined Hassium after receiving an MSc in Financial Analysis and Fund Management from the University of Exeter and is a CFA Charterholder. Simon has a broad knowledge of finance and wealth management having spent time at Dexia, Banca Popolare Italiana, and Credit Agricole. Simon also holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wales Swansea.
Eleanor Moulsdale
Eleanor is a Financial Analyst at Hassium Asset Management LLP. Eleanor joined Hassium having gained extensive experience working for a single family office; the Legatum Group, where she assisted in the management of the family's global assets. Eleanor holds an MA in Fine Art from the University of Oxford and has passed the Investment Management Certificate.
James Theo
James is a Business Development Analyst at Hassium Asset Management LLP. James joined Hassium from Quintiles, the pharmaceutical services company, where he had a number of business development roles. Prior to that James worked as an analyst at a boutique investment bank in London, Libertas Capital PLC where he worked in both the equity research and corporate finance departments. James holds a Master of Chemistry degree in Medicinal and Biological Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh, the CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and the Investment Management Certificate. James is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment.
Charlotte Green
Charlotte is a Financial Administrator at Hassium Asset Management LLP. Before joining Hassium, Charlotte worked for a specialist fund administrator in Guernsey; International Administration (Guernsey) Limited. Prior to IAG, Charlotte was a manager for Laura Ashley. Charlotte holds a BSc in Forensic Biology from the University of Kent.
Michelle Doughty
Michelle is the head of communications at Hassium Asset Management LLP. Michelle has over twelve years experience as a financial journalist, broadcaster and writer. She has written regularly for the Financial Mail on Sunday and the Financial Times as well as appearing on CNN, CNBC and BBC radio. Michelle is also the author of “The Joy of Money”. Prior to her career in Journalism and PR Michelle spent seven years as stockbroker working most recently at Hoare Govett Securities. Michelle has a BA from University College London and speaks English, French, German, Spanish and Hungarian.
